Can I pause my membership if my athlete gets injured?

Absolutely. With medical documentation, we can freeze your membership for up to 60 days while your athlete recovers. When they’re cleared to return, we’ll work with them on safe return-to-play protocols.

What if my athlete wants to try training before committing to a package?

Perfect! Start with our FREE performance assessment, then choose the month-to-month option. After experiencing our training for a month, you can upgrade to a 3-month or 6-month package for better pricing.

Do you offer off-season vs in-season pricing?

Our pricing remains consistent year-round, but we offer flexible session frequency. Athletes can train 3-4x per week in the off-season and drop to 2x per week during their competitive season.
