Athlete Development Classes
Our training starts at 7 years of age and introduces young athletes to a program focused on stability, strength, power, and proper movement mechanics in an age appropriate manner. We believe that results for young athletes come from purposeful direct coaching and individual attention in a fun & safe environment. Classes are grouped into ages 7 – 10, 11 – 13, and 14+/

Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training Classes give you personalized attention while reducing the cost from a traditional 1 on 1 Personal Training session. These sessions incorporate speed, strength, power and mobility to reach your goals. These classes have a maximum of 8:1 athlete to coach ratio. Client results are consistently measured and tested to reveal progress over time.
